Celebrate the change of seasons with a 108 sun salutations – aka a “mala” – to honor the sun at it's highest point. This strong practice will leave you ready to spring into Summer with an intention of optimal health and positivity.
We'll be showcasing some amazing Asheville yoga teachers, who will guide you through 108 sun salutations, creatively sequenced to invigorate, inspire and awaken your spirit. After building some intense physical heat, we’ll cool down with gentle supine twists and other poses to relieve tension, followed by a long Savasana.
All levels are welcome! Please note that sun salutations are vigorous and recommended for those used to physical activity and without shoulder issues. Resting is always allowed and encouraged!
