This interactive 90 minute workshop will teach you simple exercises and common tools that can be used on the trail to help prevent injury and relieve aches and pains. Join Nathalie and Chris, an Olympic triathlon coach to guide you through a whole body approach to mobility and introduce a handful of yoga postures that will keep you feeling good on the trail. Please come dressed in comfortable style clothing that will allow you to move through different postures. Yoga mats are available upon request.
